Request deletion of AYOHI data

This page explains how users can request deletion of account data, user-created content, personal information, or product-related data connected to AYOHI websites, apps, games, tools, utilities, and software products.

Data deletion options may depend on the product, platform, account type, data type, and legal or technical requirements. Some future AYOHI products may support in-app account deletion, while this page provides the public web contact path for deletion-related requests.

What you can request

Users may request deletion of data connected to an AYOHI product where applicable. The exact action available depends on whether the product uses accounts, local storage, cloud sync, user-created content, support records, app-store services, or third-party systems.

Request type What it may include Important notes
Account deletion Deletion of an account created for an AYOHI app, tool, utility, game, or software product. Available only for products that support user accounts.
User content deletion Deletion of saved notes, cards, lists, files, preferences, generated content, or other user-created data. The available deletion action depends on the product and storage method.
Support record deletion Deletion or review of personal information included in support messages or privacy requests. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
App data deletion Deletion of data connected to mobile apps, app accounts, app settings, usage records, or cloud features where applicable. Some app-store or platform-managed data may need to be handled through the platform provider.
Website data deletion Review or deletion of website-related personal information, contact messages, or request records where applicable. Cookie-related information is also explained in the Cookie Policy.

In-app deletion options

If an AYOHI app allows users to create an account, the app may also provide an in-app path to request or start account deletion. The exact location may vary by product and platform.

When in-app deletion is available, users should first check the app settings, account screen, profile area, privacy section, or help menu. If the in-app path is not available, does not work, or is unclear, users can use the public deletion request button on this page.

What happens after a request is submitted

After receiving a deletion request, AYOHI may review the request, identify the relevant product or account, ask for additional information where needed, and process the request according to applicable law, product design, platform requirements, and technical limitations.

Some requests may require verification before deletion can be completed. This helps protect users from unauthorized deletion requests and helps ensure that data is deleted from the correct account or product.

Data that may be deleted

Depending on the product and request, deletion may include account data, user-created content, saved preferences, cloud-synced information, product records, or support information connected to the user.

If a product stores data only locally on the user’s device, deletion may need to be completed by the user directly from the app, device settings, browser settings, or uninstall process. Product-specific pages may provide additional instructions where needed.

Data that may be retained

Some information may not be deleted immediately or completely if retention is required or permitted for legitimate reasons. This may include information needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, platform compliance, backup restoration, or enforcement of terms.

Where data must be retained, AYOHI will aim to keep only the information needed for the relevant purpose and for no longer than reasonably necessary.

Third-party and platform data

Some products may rely on third-party platforms, app stores, payment providers, authentication providers, cloud services, analytics tools, or operating-system services. These third parties may control some data directly under their own privacy policies and account settings.

For data controlled by third-party services, users may need to submit deletion requests directly through the relevant platform, app store, payment provider, authentication provider, or service provider.

App-store purchases and payment records

If a product includes purchases, subscriptions, premium features, or paid downloads, some payment or transaction information may be managed by the relevant app store, payment processor, or platform provider.

Deleting an AYOHI account or product data may not automatically delete payment records held by third-party payment platforms, app stores, banks, or payment processors. Users may need to contact those providers separately for payment-related data requests.

Local device data

Some apps, tools, utilities, or games may store information locally on the user’s device. Local data may be deleted by using in-app deletion controls where available, clearing app data, deleting browser storage, removing downloaded files, or uninstalling the app.

Local deletion steps can vary by device, operating system, browser, and platform. Product-specific instructions may be provided when individual products are available.

Children and family-related requests

If a deletion request relates to a child, family member, school-related use, or family-oriented product, parents or guardians can contact AYOHI using the official deletion request contact.

Additional general information is available on the Children & Family Safety page. Product-specific child or family data instructions may be added where needed.

Privacy rights

Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy-related actions connected to their personal data.

More information is available in the Privacy Policy. Users can also contact AYOHI through the official support page for privacy-related questions.
